Our Self-Financing Concept
Last week we brought you the highlights of the 2013 Usana International Convention, with its amazing improvements to the compensation plan, the recognition process, the marketing tools, as well as new products, lower pricing, and so much more.
This week, by popular demand, we are launching a new introductory page to our website. It summarizes our Self-Financing Concept and how Phoenix Alliance helps entrepreneurs attain that goal.
Self-Financing is using a vehicle allowing you to generate the necessary amount of funds to autonomously finance your business (or personal) projects.
Phoenix Alliance dispenses a hands-on Business Training which results in a «Guinea Pig» and «Cash Cow» business. We coach you to develop a practice business that will serve as experience for your business project and will yield weekly residual income to finance that project.
We even have amazing limited-time promotions!
Our training is now offered FREE of charge ($1,500.00 value).
And we also offer success scholarships.

Benefits of Continuing Education for Everyone
Continuing Education is a very trendy expression in our modern society, where high value is placed on formal certification. In North America, there are mainly two types of Continuing Education, which are the one for professionals and the general kind.
Professional Continuing Education is a specific learning activity generally characterized by the issuance of a certificate for the purpose of documenting attendance at a designated seminar or course of instruction. Licensing bodies in a number of fields impose Continuing Education requirements on members who hold licenses to practice within a particular profession. These requirements are intended to encourage professionals to expand their foundations of knowledge and stay up-to-date on new developments.
General Continuing Education is similar to adult education, at least in being intended for adult learners, especially those beyond traditional undergraduate, college or university age. However, it is not normally considered to include basic instruction. Instead, it is assumed that the student already has a college education and is simply continuing it.
In this article, we will focus on General Continuing Education, and how it can be beneficial in many ways to people from all generations, be it «C», «Y», «X», «Baby Boomers», and beyond, as well as from all professional fields.

Overcoming Fundraising Challenges Creatively
If you are any kind of organization, this scenario will sound all too familiar: You have a great idea for helping people. You work very hard at creating an organization to attain that goal. You hire qualified people to help you help people. They end up wasting most of their time peddling for money from the government and from generous individuals. Your qualified staff are now discouraged and loose all their enthusiasm and motivation. They leave. Very few people got helped. You go back to square one.
The challenges of fundraising are incalculable, and often times insurmountable. We will explore a few facts and statistics that may surprise you … or not.
This article is meant to help the Helpers help people. We will propose a creative, yet simple and affordable, means of generating your own fundraising, without having to resort to traditional (and painstaking) methods, raging from the car washes to the gala dinners.
We invite all the charities, the not-for-profits, the amateur sports teams, the artistic groups, the co-ops, the associations of all kinds, and every other kind of organizations, to seriously consider the solution proposed here.

A Challenge Called Businesswoman
All successful people face obstacles, that is certain. But for women the challenge can be even greater, because the business world is still dominated by men.
Being a woman, mother, entrepreneur and manager of the home, and do all this on top of high heels is not an easy task, but when that resolved and ambitious woman overcomes challenges, the laurels of victory tastes a lot more pleasurable!
This week we had a conversation about this topic with the Vice-President of Entrepreneurship at the «Jeune Chambre de Commerce de Montréal», Vanessa Cherenfant.
If you are a woman who is in search of your personal and professional achievement, this article is for you. If you are a man who wants to become capable of supporting the woman you love, this article is for you too.

Is professional reorientation for you?
Although in North America this concept is not very well-know, in Europe it has spawned an entire industry of coaching and consulting firms. The programs are quite expensive and take a long time to complete. But in order to find something you love to do and make it lucrative, I have no doubt it is worth it.
The process involves aptitude and interest tests, personal self-assessment, developing a strategy to apply the reorientation, gaining access to new companies, dealing with recruitment companies, utilizing and leveraging your personal network, evaluating market perspectives, and many other tools and resources.
Just off the top of my head, I can think of at least ten specific groups of people that would be perfect candidates for professional reorientation. So if this ideology is so developed in Europe, why is North America not following? I think the answer might be that North Americans simply use a different method to attain the same result. And here it is.
